Join me every Monday at Fountain Square yoga for a gentle flow and sound healing session to center your mind and prepare your body for a fresh week. This beginner friendly class is open to all levels while providing a safe space for you to just, be. Your opportunity to return to yourself by releasing stagnant, unwanted energy to welcome more peace and ease to your life. Learn tools to carry with you everyday in moments of fear, anger, anxiety or any other emotions not serving your present moment. A safe space for you to tune in and step away from your everyday life. Our Hatha style yoga flows incorporate slow, mindful movements while being intentional with our breath, softens our nervous system while creating bliss and clarity in our mind, heart and soul. Each week has a personalized playlist and intention. You are your priority; enjoy this moment of self love with us every Monday!
